We know consistent ethical behavior cultivates a culture of inclusion, care and trust, which ultimately results in improved performance by Ozpamir. It also strengthens our relationships with the communities where we work and helps protect the social value we deliver.
Acting in accordance with Our Code is a requirement for all Ozpamir employees. Our Code is accessible to all our people and external stakeholders. We deliver annual training to help our workforce understand Our Code and the standards of behavior that are acceptable at Ozpamir.
