Our approach
Protecting the wellbeing of our employees, suppliers, contractors and collaborators, and the communities within which we operate, is of the utmost importance to the Ozpamir Group.
Three health and safety objectives determine our approach. First, we aim for zero work-related fatalities; second, we seek to reduce the number and severity of incidents; and third, we work to share lessons from incidents and near misses, with a view to continually improving our performance. We seek to embed health and safety objectives into the ethos of the Group and promote a culture where all colleagues regard them as indivisible from our commercial objectives.
